1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the CartNudge application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Service Description

CartNudge provides an automated abandoned cart recovery service using AI-driven WhatsApp negotiations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

3. Billing and Fees

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new merchants. After the trial, our billing operates on a commission basis:

• 12% commission on revenue recovered successfully via the Autonomous AI Bot.
• 4% commission on revenue recovered if human intervention (Takeover) was used.

All charges are processed securely through the Shopify Billing API.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your store complies with local marketing and consent laws regarding contacting customers via WhatsApp. CartNudge acts only as a processor on your behalf.
