CartNudge ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you use our Shopify application.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data to provide our services:

• Shopify store information (domain, settings).
• Abandoned checkout data (cart contents, total value).
• Customer contact information (phone numbers) required for WhatsApp negotiation.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively to power the AI negotiation engine via OpenAI and deliver messages via Twilio. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

4. GDPR & Data Retention

We comply with GDPR and Shopify's data protection requirements. Customer data is retained only as long as necessary for the negotiation process or as required by law. Upon uninstalling the app, store data will be purged within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify webhooks.
